For bug reports, questions about purchases, drinks you’d like added to the drink library, or other feedback, please email:
ryocchi24@gmail.comWhen reporting a bug, including your iPhone model, iOS version, and the screen or steps where it happened helps us find the cause faster. We reply to messages in order. Replies may be short, as the developer is based in Japan.
On a device signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it, open My Page and tap “Restore purchases” under “Purchases & support.” You won’t be charged again.
Your entries and photos are stored only on your device. When switching devices, restore your new iPhone from a backup (iCloud Backup or a backup on your computer) to bring them over. Deleting the App deletes your entries, so please be careful.
You can also export your entries as a CSV file that opens in spreadsheet apps, using “Export entries” on My Page.
You can still log a drink that isn’t in the drink library: type its name and tap the “Add … as new” option below the search results. Once added, it shows up in search from then on. AI Bartender members can also ask AI Bartender to look it up. If there’s a drink you’d like added to the library, let us know at the address above.
On My Page, under “Collection background,” tap the wallpaper you want, then tap “Watch an ad to use all wallpapers for 24 hours.” After you watch the ad to the end, you can use every wallpaper for 24 hours. When the trial ends, the background goes back to a plain color.
Cutouts work best when the bottle or glass is large and centered in the photo, with a clear color difference from the background. If it doesn’t work well, you can switch the photo to the “Original” style in the photo settings.
Go to iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions, and choose AI Bartender. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the next renewal. You can keep using it until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Payments and refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Please request one on Apple’s “Report a Problem” page.
